Delete your Pipwild account.

Request deletion by email

Email hello@pipwild.com with the subject “Pipwild account deletion.” Tell us which sign-in provider you used and the email shown in your Pipwild Settings, if you know it. This path works for Google accounts and for Apple accounts where Apple sign-in is available. You do not need to reinstall the app.

We will verify that the account belongs to you before deleting it. If you used Apple’s private email relay, mention that in your request. We may need more information to find and verify the account. Never send your password, a sign-in code, or your journal. Sending the email starts a request; it does not instantly delete the account.

Delete from Settings

In Pipwild, open Settings and choose Delete account. In the native mobile app, Settings is under More. Type DELETE to confirm. The native app asks you to confirm your identity with your sign-in provider. If you cannot sign in, use the email request above.

What deletion removes

Account deletion removes your active Pipwild account data: saved notes, original attachments, tasks, habits, focus blocks, reviews, conversations, saved memories, AI reports, settings, and account-linked email choices. It ends access to that account. It does not delete your Google or Apple account.

Database and attachment recovery copies can remain for up to seven days. They are restricted to service recovery. Routine service logs are kept for 30 days. A minimal email suppression record can remain to honor unsubscribes, bounces, or complaints. AI providers may keep content already submitted under their own retention rules.

Copies on your devices

Deleting the account does not remotely erase browser drafts or encrypted mobile recovery files on other devices. Remove those local copies or the app separately on each device. Copies you exported or shared also remain where you put them.

You can export your notebook from Settings before deleting it. Read the privacy policy for storage, provider retention, and other data controls.
