A few ground rules.

Using the service

By using Pipwild, you agree to these terms. The app is operated by Tony Montes and is intended for adults aged 18 and over. Google sign-in lets you keep your account across devices. Temporary demo accounts expire after 30 days. Keep your Google account secure and use an account you are authorized to access.

Pipwild is free to use. There is no paid tier or checkout. Features, capacity, and AI usage limits may change as the service develops.

Your content and choices

You keep ownership of the text, images, recordings, and other content you submit. You give the service permission to store and process that content as needed to provide the app and carry out the actions you choose, including requests to the providers described in the privacy policy.

Only upload content you have the right to use. Get permission before uploading someone else's private information or recording them. Do not use the service to break the law, access another person's account, harm others, or interfere with the service.

Review AI results

Transcripts, recognized text, conversation replies, recalled journal context, task drafts, dates, and effort estimates may contain mistakes. Review them before relying on them. You choose which tasks to accept and remain responsible for your plans, deadlines, and decisions. A spoken reply is AI-generated speech. Pip is a fictional companion, and an AI reply is not a person’s judgment or a verified account of your life.

This is a planning and habit app. It does not provide medical care, a diagnosis, treatment, or emergency support. XP and character titles are in-app progress indicators. They do not measure health, ability, or personal worth.

Availability and fair use

We aim to keep the app useful and available, but cannot promise uninterrupted access or error-free operation. The service depends on Google Cloud and, for selected AI actions, external AI providers. Maintenance, outages, and usage limits can affect access.

Do not bypass usage limits, automate abusive requests, probe other accounts, or try to defeat access controls. We may limit or suspend access when needed to protect users or operate the service. Keep an export of information you need independently of this app.

Leaving and deleting your account

You can stop using the service at any time. Settings includes an export and an account-deletion option. The privacy policy explains what is removed and the limits of deletion, including provider retention.

Changes and questions

We may update these terms as the service changes. The current version and update date will appear on this page. These terms do not remove rights that applicable law gives you.
